About The DO School Fellowships

The DO School Fellowships gGmbH is a non-profit organization based in Berlin, Germany. Our core mission is to offer training and Fellowship programs to empower young people globally to launch projects addressing global and local challenges around the environment and society. With our work, we are training the next generation of impact entrepreneurs in innovative educational and Fellowship programs.

The project you would be working on at The DO School Fellowships is beVisioneers - a global environmental Fellowship that spans a 3-year hybrid-learning program equipping innovators aged 16 to 28 with the training, expert support, and resources to bring their planet-positive projects to life. Upon completing the intensive 12-month program, Fellows continue to receive support to scale their projects and develop their leadership skills.

The Mentorship Lead will grow and manage a global network of over 1,500 professionals to mentor beVisioneers’ planet-positive innovators. The Lead will shape the experience of these professionals and their tailored guidance, grounded in regional and local knowledge, to promote our innovators’ personal and project development.

This role ensures a high-quality, scalable mentorship experience that accelerates impact and strengthens learning across innovation ecosystems.
You will oversee the full mentor lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to matchmaking, engagement, retention, and impact measurement — while building strategic partnerships that expand the mentor pool and strengthen ecosystem value.

  • Act as the main contact for mentor enquiries and escalations, ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Organize regular community engagement opportunities for mentors and Fellows.

  • Provide mentors with resources, guides, and updates.

4. Cross-Functional Operations & Governance

  • Coordinate workflows with Learning & Design, Operations, and Governance.

  • Ensure mentorship processes meet program and donor reporting standards.

5. Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact Measurement

  • Manage mentorship monitoring and evaluation frameworks.

  • Track mentor engagement and Fellow satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify improvements.

  • Report positive mentor-mentee stories and impact.
