About you
To thrive and grow in this role, you will likely be or have:
2–4 years of experience in project management, operations, or business enablement.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM and automation), Notion, and LMS/Community platforms (e.g. Hivebrite, Circle, Mighty Networks).
Proficient in data analysis and optimized workflows, ideally with knowledge of AI and automation tools.
Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Fluent in written and verbal English
A basic understanding of marketing processes (campaigns, funnels, or automation) is a plus.

Impeccable organizational skills along with a meticulous eye for detail and a passion for efficiency
A self-directed approach to working in an evolving and fast-paced environment
A passion for youth leadership and/or environmental action
Extremely reliable, kind, collaborative, empathetic.
