About the role
Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee internal and client-related projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Tool & Tech Operations: Support the setup, maintenance, and integration of tools like HubSpot, Hivebrite (or similar LMS/Community platforms), Notion, Looker Studio/Tableau, Slack, and other operational platforms.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate recurring tasks.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, business development, and tech teams to align operations and communication.
Reporting & Documentation: Keep project documentation, dashboards, and reports up to date for transparency and efficiency.
