Your mission
About the role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented working student to support our finance and administrative processes.The main focus of this role is to review, verify, and follow up on receipts submitted by fellows of the beVisioneers fellowship program. You will be the key contact for ensuring receipts meet our requirements and will need to guide fellows through corrections, clarifications and resubmissions. Furthermore, you will help ensure that financial documentation from applicants is complete and evaluate their request for financial support stipends. You will work closely with our team and fellows to facilitate smooth processes and support decision-making for financial assistance.
You will be responsible or provide support on the following tasks:
Collect, review, and check receipts submitted by fellows for accuracy, completeness and compliance with requirements.
Communicate with fellows when receipts are missing, incorrect or unclear, and patiently guide them on how proper documentation should look.
Keep track of pending and corrected submissions, following up as needed until documentation is complete.
Support the review of bank documents from applicants to assess financial and economic status for eligibility of financial support.
Verify bank documents for onboarding with payment providers.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all financial documentation.

About you:
To thrive and grow in this role, you will likely be:
A current student, pursuing a degree in a related field (you must be enrolled to be considered)
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.
High level of patience and persistence when dealing with recurring or time-consuming tasks.
Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements in a friendly and supportive way.
An understanding of invoice standards and a sense for financial accuracy and integrity is a plus.
Team-oriented, proactive, and structured in your approach to work.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and common office tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Word, etc.).
Good command of English
