Working Student Admin Support - Learning & Community (m/f/d)

Your mission

About the role 

As a working student in our Learning & Community Team, you will support cross-functional processes that include Operations and other teams, and get insight into setting up and coordinating a global online learning community. You will especially support the communications and scheduling processes and help maintain Fellow data. 



You will provide support on the following tasks: 

Online learning - Learning Management System Admin

  • Support set up of the online learning community, including scheduling online live learning sessions for community members  

  • Manually set up and manage activities and online functions of the learning community for the first few months of the programmatic year until automation is in place

  • Coordinate Fellow facilitators, including creating groupings for Fellow Peer moderators (following team’s guidelines), and setting up calls

  • Administer the Fellow leadership roles application process

  • Set up training sessions and follow-on processes for selected Fellows in leadership roles

  • Miscellaneous tasks on the online learning system, including uploading documents and sharing announcements with select  groups


Community Management

  • Support Fellow communications for new Fellow Cohort during onboarding and program start period

  • Support Fellow communications throughout month of September during global Regional Summit events 

You will be able to design and implement your own ideas independently and support the team in the further development and optimization of the Learning & Community processes, KPIs and other exciting project topics.

Your profile

To thrive and grow in this role, you will likely be: 

  • A current student, pursuing a Master degree in a related field (you must be enrolled to be considered)

  • No prior experience is required, but a passion and drive for community management in a fast-paced organization

  • Experienced in Hubspot, Hivebrite, or similar systems

  • An organizational talent and enjoys administrative tasks

  • A desire to connect with people from all kinds of cultural and professional backgrounds

  • Lots of curiosity, enthusiasm and team spirit 

  • Excellent English skills 


And will likely have…

  • Worked or completed an internship in a start-up or similar environment

  • Hands-on, tech-savvy and detail-oriented
